By accessing or using 5Borough Builders website or services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Services Offered

We provide handyman services including but not limited to repairs, installations, and maintenance. Service availability may vary by location.

3. Booking and Payment

• All bookings must be confirmed via phone, email, or our website.

• Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed.

• We accept Credit, Debit, Zelle, Bank Checks and provide Chase Paylinks on request. 

4. Cancellations

• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance; any ordered material between contract signing and cancelation will be charged to customer if vendor does not accept return. 

• Late cancellations may incur a onetime labor fee.

5. Liability

We are not liable for:

• Damages caused by misuse of installed items

• Delays due to unforeseen circumstances

• Third-party service failures (e.g., payment processors)

6. Warranty

We offer a 14-day workmanship warranty. Manufacturer warranties apply to materials where applicable. 

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website (text, images, logos) is owned by 5Borough Builders and may not be reused without permission.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated terms.
